🏫โรงเรียน...ถ้าให้ความหมายของคำนี้...ครูป่านในความเห็นส่วนตัวว่าเป็น “ชุมชนของผู้เรียน” โดยมีผู้รู้ทางด้านศาสตร์และทักษะต่างๆ ที่จำเป็นต่อการดำรงชีวิตในสังคมทั้งในปัจจุบันขณะ และในอนาคต แต่ถ้าให้เราคิดถึงโรงเรียนในความทรงจำของเรา ครูป่านเชื่อว่า ในอดีตของเรานั้น ถ้าเราสลบไปแล้วถูกไปวางไว้ที่สถานที่แห่งหนึ่ง เมื่อเราตื่นขึ้นมาครูป่านเชื่อว่า เราสามารถบอกได้ทันทีว่านี่คือ “โรงเรียน”
👉หากแต่ในปัจจุบัน โรงเรียนมีรูปแบบหลากหลายมากขึ้น หลายๆครั้งที่ครูป่านทำหน้าที่ในการ guide ผู้ปกครองที่ห้อง Parenthood Montessori Learning Group มักจะได้ยินคำถามว่า “ด้านหลังเป็นโรงเรียนเหรอคะ” จะเห็นได้ว่า โรงเรียนมีรูปลักษณ์ภายนอกที่แตกต่างไปจากยุคเราอย่างมาก โรงเรียนจึงไม่จำเป็นที่จะต้องมีหน้าตา หรือ รูปแบบการเรียนรู้ที่เหมือนในอดีต เพียงเพราะแค่ต้องทำต่อๆกันมา
🩷ครูป่านเลือกทำโรงเรียนมอนเทสซอรี เพราะจริตส่วนตัวเข้ากับกระบวนการคิด และกระบวนการลงมือปฎิบัติในแบบปรัชญามอนเทสซอรี หลักจากได้เรียนรู้ในคอร์สต่างๆ รู้สึกว่า “ปลอดภัย สบายใจ เบาใจ อุ่นใจ” หากเราใช้แนวทางนี้ทั้งการเลี้ยงลูกและให้การศึกษา เพราะส่วนตัวมีความเชื่อเรื่อง “การสร้างตัวตน พัฒนาตัวตน ค้นหาตัวตน” ควบคู่กับการเรียนรู้ที่แม้แต่จะเรียนวิชาการ แต่วิธีการสอดคล้องกับพัฒนาการของมนุษย์ในแต่ละช่วงวัย (Human Tendency) สำหรับกระบวนการเรียนรู้แบบมอนเทสซอรี เริ่มต้นอาจจะดูช้าค่ะ เพราะการปูพัฒนาการเป็นเรื่องที่สำคัญ โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งช่วง 1.5 – 3 ปี มีวลีที่กล่าวว่า “กว่าจะเข้าอนุบาลก็สายเสียแล้ว” วลีนี้กล่าวไม่เกินจริง เพราะมีพัฒนาการหลายด้านที่ผู้ปกครองหรือผู้เลี้ยงมองข้ามด้วยความไม่รู้ หรือ มีข้อมูลไม่เพียงพอ ดังนั้นทำให้เด็กๆขาดโอกาสที่จะมีพัฒนาการได้สมตามวัย ซึ่งโรงเรียนที่ใช้กระบวนการเรียนรู้ตามปรัชญามอนเทสซอรีนั้น ในห้อง Casa Children House มีพัฒนาการที่เป็น Milestone อยู่ชัดเจน ตัวอย่างเช่น Self-Regulation (ทักษะการควบคุมตัวเอง), Physical Independence (ทักษะการพึ่งพาตามวัย) หรือ Emotional Recognition and Regulation (ทักษะการรู้จักอารมณ์และควบคุมได้ตามวัย) เป็นต้น ซึ่งทักษะเหล่านี้ เป็น Soft Skills ทั้งหมดเลย
❣️แน่นอนค่ะว่า ไม่ใช่เด็กทุกคนสามารถที่จะมีทักษะเหล่านี้ได้ หากเราไม่ได้โอกาสในการได้เรียนรู้ และเป็นผู้นำทางให้กับลูกๆในช่วง 0-3 ปีค่ะ ดังนั้นที่ Daisy Ray Montessori ถึงต้องให้เด็กๆทุกคนที่ผ่านเข้าโรงเรียนสำหรับห้อง Casa Children House ต้องผ่าน Parenthood Montessori Learning Group และห้อง Toddler ก่อนที่จะเข้าห้อง Casa Children House เพราะเรามีการบันทึกการสังเกตการณ์ว่า การผ่านขั้นตอนการเช้าเรียนด้วยกระบวนการนี้ ส่งผลดีต่อพัฒนาการของเด็กๆในการเข้าเรียนห้อง Casa Children House เป็นอย่างมากค่ะ และทำให้พัฒนาการของเด็กๆ เป็นไปอย่างสมวัย และที่สำคัญที่สุดคือ คุณพ่อคุณแม่เองได้รู้จักและเรียนรู้วิถีชีวิตมอนเทสซอรีแบบ Daisy Ray Montessori ด้วยค่ะ

🏫 “School”… what does this word truly mean?
To me, Teacher Parn, it means a “community of learners.” A place where those with knowledge and skills essential for living in society—both now and in the future—gather to guide others.
But if we think of the school from our own memories, I believe that if we were to faint and wake up in a certain place, we’d instantly know: “This is a school.” That’s how distinctive the schools of our childhood looked and felt.
👉 However, schools today come in many different forms. Many times, when I guide parents at the Parenthood Montessori Learning Group, I hear questions like: "Is that building behind the school?" This shows that schools now often look nothing like the schools from our generation. Schools no longer need to stick to a traditional appearance or structure simply because “it’s always been done this way.”
🩷 Why did I choose to create a Montessori school?
Because the Montessori way aligns deeply with my personal philosophy and approach to life and learning. After completing various Montessori courses, I felt something shift inside me—it felt safe, reassuring, light, and comforting.
I believe in building identity, nurturing development, and supporting each child's discovery of their self, alongside academic learning that respects each stage of human development (Human Tendency). Montessori isn’t just about what we teach, but how we teach in a way that fits the natural rhythm of each age.
Yes, the Montessori process may seem slow at first—but that’s because laying the right developmental foundation is critical, especially between ages 1.5–3. There’s a saying:
"By the time they enter kindergarten, it’s already too late."
This might sound extreme, but it reflects a truth—many crucial developmental milestones are missed simply because parents or caregivers aren’t aware or lack access to the right information.
At our school, Daisy Ray Montessori, in the Casa Children House, we focus on clear milestones such as:
Self-Regulation (managing one’s own behavior)
Physical Independence (age-appropriate self-reliance)
Emotional Recognition and Regulation (understanding and managing emotions)
These are all soft skills, essential in life but often overlooked in traditional academic systems.
❣️ Of course, not every child develops these skills naturally—especially if they don’t get the chance to learn or are not guided properly during the crucial 0–3 years. That’s why at Daisy Ray Montessori, every child must first go through Parenthood Montessori Learning Group and the Toddler Program before entering the Casa Children House.
We have observed how this process positively impacts a child’s development. It also helps parents become familiar with the Montessori lifestyle and philosophy we uphold at Daisy Ray.
